About us

We build money tools that understand Nigeria.

One app for your own money and one for your business, both with an AI that explains where the money is going.

Our mission

A short note from the team

Why we are building PayIQ, and what we think a money app should do.

PayIQ is built in Nigeria for the way Nigerians really handle money: the Ajo with your colleagues, the light bill that must not finish, the customer who “will pay next week”.

Most money apps show you what happened. We want PayIQ to help you decide what to do next. That is why every part of it comes with Ibra, an AI that explains your money in plain English or Pidgin.

Ibra can prepare a transfer, a payroll run or an invoice for you, but it never moves a kobo without your say-so. You check it and confirm with your PIN.

Who we build for

For the people who keep Nigeria moving.

Not finance experts. People with a shop to open, a salary to stretch and a team to pay.

Salary earners

Who want rent, savings and Ajo sorted before month end.

Who would rather run the business than chase the books.
