Cookie policy

What this website stores on your device, what it is for and how to change your choice. Nothing optional loads unless you say yes.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Websites can also keep small notes in your browser’s own storage, which works in a similar way. This policy covers both, and it covers this website only. The PayIQ apps are covered by our privacy policy.

What we always store

These are needed for the site to work as you expect, so they do not need your consent. Neither is used to track you.

  • Your cookie choice (payiq-consent). Kept in your browser’s storage so we do not ask you again on every visit.
  • Your light or dark mode choice (payiq-theme), when the switch is available. Kept in your browser’s storage.

What we store only if you say yes

These help us see how people find PayIQ and whether our adverts work. They are set only after you accept cookies in the banner.

  • Google Analytics (cookies starting with _ga). Counts visits and shows us which pages people view. Kept for up to two years.
  • Meta Pixel (the _fbp cookie). Tells us when someone who saw a PayIQ advert on Facebook or Instagram visits the site or joins the waitlist. Kept for up to three months.

Google and Meta receive this information and handle it under their own privacy policies. If you say no, neither script is loaded at all.

Changing your choice

  • Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page to accept or decline again.
  • You can also clear or block cookies in your browser’s settings. If you clear your browser’s storage, we will ask for your choice again.

Changes and questions

If we start using a new cookie, we will update this page first. Questions go to support@payiqapp.com.
